Our end-to-end medical emergency platform follows the “Trigger” "Treat, Triage, and Transport" approach. We collect the patient’s location within seconds after he/she presses the SOS BUTTON or triggers it through the app. This is followed by giving an instant call back to the patient to accurately assess the patient’s medical condition via a dedicated helpline number, and efficiently dispatching ambulances using our auto-dispatch technology. We use GIS (Geographic Information System) to connect patients with the closest ambulance, based on the location of the workplace.
