Terms and use

Important: Please read and understand all these Terms of Use before using the Service. If you do not accept any of these Terms of Use, please do not use the Website or avail of any services provided therein. By using this Service, you agree that you have read, understood, accepted, and agreed with the Terms of Use. You further agree to the representations made by yourself below. If you do not agree to or fall within the Terms of Use of the Service and wish to discontinue using the Service, please do not continue using this Application or Service.

The Terms of Use stated herein (collectively, the "Terms of Use" or this "Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between you and StanPlus Technologies Pvt Ltd. In order to use the Service (each as defined below), you must agree to the Terms of Use set out below. By using the mobile application supplied to you by StanPlus (the "Application"), and downloading, installing, or using any associated software supplied by StanPlus (the "Software"), which is intended to connect individuals seeking Ambulance Transportation Services with independent providers of such services (“Transportation Providers”) (collectively, the "Service"), you hereby expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, and any future amendments and additions as published from time to time at https://www.red.health/ or through the Application.

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules thereunder as applicable, and the provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. This Agreement is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use.

StanPlus is a technology company that does not provide Ambulance Transportation Services and is not an ambulance provider. StanPlus is merely an aggregator. It is up to the Transportation Provider to offer ambulance services to you, and it is up to you to accept such transportation services. The service of StanPlus is to link you with such Transportation Providers through the licensed use of its mobile application and/or online portal at https://www.red.health/ ; it does not and is not intended to provide ambulance transportation services or perform any acts that can be construed as those of an ambulance provider. StanPlus is neither responsible nor liable for the acts and/or omissions of any Transportation Provider and/or any transportation services provided to you.

1.  DEFINITIONS

All capitalized terms in this Agreement, unless otherwise defined in the context, shall have the following meanings:

  • 1.1  "Account" shall mean the account created by a customer on the Website/Application for availing the Services provided by StanPlus.
  • 1.2 "Advanced Life Support Ambulance (ALS)"shall mean an ambulance capable of providing treatment for life-threatening medical emergencies through techniques such as endotracheal intubations, administration of drugs or intravenous fluids, cardiac monitoring, and electrical therapy by a qualified person.
  • 1.3  "Ambulance" shall mean a vehicle duly registered by the Transport Department, used for transporting individuals to health facilities in emergencies, and for non-emergency situations such as scheduled visits to doctors, routine physical examinations, and transporting patients upon discharge.
  • 1.4  "Ambulance Service Zone" shall mean the geographic area of operation within which StanPlus provides its services.
  • 1.5 "Ambulance Transportation Services" shall mean transporting individuals to health facilities in emergencies, scheduled visits to doctors, routine physical examinations, and transporting patients upon discharge.
  • 1.6  "Applicable Law(s)" shall mean the relevant laws, rules, regulations, notifications, ordinances, and guidelines issued by concerned governmental bodies.
  • 1.7  "Application" shall mean the mobile application “StanPlus” updated by StanPlus from time to time.
  • 1.8  "Basic Life Support Ambulance (BLS)" shall mean an ambulance capable of providing basic life support to users.
  • 1.9  "Customer or you" shall mean a person who has an Account on the Website/Application.
  • 1.10  "Driver" shall mean individuals appointed and trained by Transportation Providers associated with StanPlus to provide Ambulance Transportation Services.
  • 1.11  "Force Majeure Event" includes but is not limited to strikes, lockouts, labor disturbances, civil commotion, riots, war, acts of terrorism, major traffic disruption, actions by government or regulatory authorities, fuel shortages, abnormal weather conditions, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the affected party.
  • 1.12  "StanPlus or us or we" shall mean StanPlus Technologies Pvt Ltd having its registered office at 6th Floor, Block -B, i-Labs Hyderabad Technology Center Software Unit Layout, 18 Inorbit Mall Road, Unit -3, Shaikpet TG 500081 which includes its successors, affiliates, and permitted assigns.
  • 1.13 "Need" shall mean the travel in the ambulance facilitated through the Website/Application.
  • 1.14 "Patient Transport Vehicle" shall mean a vehicle used for non-emergency transport such as scheduled visits to a physician's office or transporting patients upon discharge.
  • 1.15 "Software" shall mean the mobile application or the website created and developed by StanPlus to connect users with independent Ambulance Transportation Service providers.
  • 1.16 "Stable Patient" is one whose condition is expected to remain stable throughout transport and does not meet emergency transport criteria.
  • 1.17  "Website" shall mean https://www.red.health/ or any other URL provided by StanPlus.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You will be "Eligible" to use the Services only if you meet the following conditions:

  1. You are at least 18 years of age.
  2. You are competent to enter into a contract under applicable laws.

If you are a minor, you may use the Service through your legal guardian or parent who has registered on the Website/Application. StanPlus reserves the right to terminate your registration and refuse access if it is discovered that you are under 18 years of age.

3. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT & REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

Customer must ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, current, and updated. Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and are liable for all activities under their Account. Customer account cannot be transferred, assigned, or sold. StanPlus is not liable for any loss due to unauthorized use of your password or Account.

Customer must use authorized means to access the Service and ensure that they have downloaded the correct Software for their device. StanPlus is not liable for compatibility issues or incorrect Software versions.

For any unauthorized use of your Account, contact us at info@red.health If you cannot access your Account, inform us in writing for blocking it. We are not liable for unauthorized transactions made before your written request or during Force Majeure Events.

4. SERVICES

4.1  The Website/Application allows you to request:

    1. Advanced Life Support Ambulance (ALS)
    2. Basic Life Support Ambulance (BLS)
    3. Patient Transport Vehicle
    4. Mortuary Vehicle

    StanPlus provides a list of nearby hospitals, physicians, and other facilities but does not recommend or endorse any specific one.

    4.2  The Driver has the discretion to accept or reject service requests. If accepted, StanPlus will provide details of the Driver including name, photo, vehicle license number, and contact details.

    4.3  StanPlus will make reasonable efforts to connect you with a Driver, subject to availability.

5.  PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION

    5.1  All payments for services provided by StanPlus Technologies Pvt Ltd must be made in advance. Payments can be made through NEFT, a payment link, or the online payment gateway on the StanPlus website.

    5.2  Bookings will be considered confirmed only after payment has been received in our bank account and we have sent a confirmation. In case of delays due to technical or banking issues, we will provide a full refund of the payment.

    5.3  By making a full or partial payment, you agree to adhere to the rules applicable to each booking and to maintain decorum and respect during the trip.

    5.4  By providing your telephone or mobile numbers, you authorize StanPlus Technologies Pvt Ltd to send you information, including but not limited to SMS, email, alerts, WhatsApp messages, and other notifications, either directly or through a third-party service provider. This consent applies regardless of whether your numbers are listed with the National Do Not Call Registry or National Customer Preference Register. You agree to receive such updates and acknowledge that neither StanPlus Technologies Pvt Ltd nor its third-party service providers will be held liable for compliance issues under the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference (TRAI) Regulations, 2010, or any amendments thereof.

6.  REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES

By using the Software or Web Application, you agree:

  • To use the Service only for lawful purposes.
  • Not to use the Application for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Not to cause nuisance or damage to the Service.
  • Not to contact the Transportation Provider for purposes other than the Service.
  • Not to impair network operation.
  • To keep your account password secure and confidential.
  • To provide requested proof of identity.
  • To use only authorized access points or data accounts.
  • Not to defraud StanPlus or misuse promotions.

The Service is provided on a reasonable effort basis, and your use is subject to StanPlus’s Privacy Policy.

7.  LICENSE

Subject to compliance with these Terms, StanPlus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Software and Application. You must not:

  1. Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
  2. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code.
  3. Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

8.  TERMINATION

StanPlus may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate by us. You may terminate your use of the Service by closing your Account and ceasing to use the Application.

9.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

StanPlus is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in question.

10.  INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StanPlus and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11.  GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

12.  CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Charges: For regular bookings, a 100% cancellation charge will apply.

Refund Processing: Refunds for valid cancellations will be processed within 10 working days and will incur a 5% payment gateway fee
