Our Talent Excellence Team carefully evaluates each CV, assessing the candidate's qualifications, experience, and alignment with the role's requirements. Particular emphasis is placed on the candidate's previous achievements, the impact they have had in their prior roles, and how well their background aligns with the responsibilities and expectations of the open position. This initial screening ensures that only candidates with relevant and impactful experiences are shortlisted for further consideration. This may involve a brief call with the Talent Excellence team.
